Gnome and Flower

August 1, 2017

I just bought the Lawn Fawn Mini Ink Cubes and Fab Flowers stamp set. My kiddos and I had so much fun playing with color combos the day the package arrived. Here is a card my daughter designed.

Size:  Vertical top fold A2 card

Extra Details: We began by stamping the gnome. My daughter colored him with colored pencils. I fussy cut him out for her.

Then we played with the Fab Flowers stamp set. We stamped lots and lots of flowers on a panel of white card stock. I fussy cut all of the pieces out, leaving a small white border on everything. My daughter picked two flowers to layer up. I used a dimensional glue dot between the flowers. We added some leaves and a stem to the flower.

We arranged the gnome and flower on a light pink card base. We used glue dots to adhere everything to the card base. Lastly, I added a sentiment and the card was done.

Stamps Used: Lawn Fawn’s Fab Flowers, Tiny Tag Saying, and Gnome Sweet Gnome

Ink: Versa Fine

Ranger Archival Ink in Deep Purple

Distress Oxide Ink in Cracked Pistachio

Lawn Fawn Inks in Mermaid and Peacock

Hope you enjoyed the card
