Fab Flowers

August 1, 2017

I just bought the Lawn Fawn Mini Ink Cubes and Fab Flowers stamp set. My kiddos and I had so much fun playing with color combos the day the package arrived. Here is a card I made with most of the flowers we created.

Size:  Vertical top fold A2 card

Extra Details: I began this card with a panel of white card stock. The kiddos and I stamped the flowers in almost every color combo we could think of. We stamped the stems and leaves in Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide ink. I like the difference in texture by using the Oxide ink.

I fussy cut everything out, leaving a small white border. Then, I began building my bouquet. I used glue dots to adhere all the flowers, leaves, and stems together. I tied a pink ribbon around the stems. I used more glue dots to adhere the bouquet to a pink card base. I used glue dots on the ribbon as well.

I added a butterfly and sentiment and the card was complete.
