I love making scenes with all of the Lawn Fawn stamps that I own. For Christmas this year, I created a few postcard tags with holiday scenes on the front. I used a lot of different stamp sets and coloring mediums. I love the way they all turned out.
Home for the Holidays tag: colored with colored pencils.
Wishing You a Merry Christmas Tag: Using Lawn Fawn and Distress Inks
Christmas Mail Tag: Using water color pencils
Baking tag: Using Distress Inks as water color
Night Scene: Using Distress Inks for ink blending and water colors
Flamingo Tag: using colored pencils
Tree Rex: using colored pencils
Doggies: colored with colored pencils
Back of each post card: I will add a sentiment as I add the tags to packages.
Extra Details: I began these tags by die cutting a small stitched rectangle from some water color paper. I was able to create 8 stitched rectangles from one sheet of water color paper. Next, I stamped the post card, stamp and cancellation mark on the back of each rectangle.
Then, the fun part began. I treated each postcard as its own scene. I stamped, colored, and added the finishing details to each tag as I made them. I used masking on a number of the tags.
