Rainbow Thanks Card Set

January 16, 2018

This is a set of thank you cards I made as a Christmas gift for a friend. This idea worked out so well.

Size:  Vertical top fold A2 card

Extra Details:  I began these cards by creating some card bases from smooth white card stock. Then, I die cut a Scripty thanks die from some Post – It Notes. I used these as masks. I placed one mask on each card front. Then I began stamping.

I used seven different colors of ink to create my rainbow. I overlapped the colors just a little to make the word really easy to read. I also turned the stamp 90 degrees when I changed colors.

Once I was done stamping, I removed the masks and had these beautiful cards.

Stamps Used: Simon Says Stamps’ Brushstroke Messages

Dies Used: Lawn Fawn’s Scripty Thanks

Ink: Lawn Fawn Inks in Lobster, Pink Flamingo, Carrot, Sunflower, Freshly Cut Grass, Merman, and Sugarplum

Hope you enjoyed the cards!
